Black Metal: It is an EXTREME subgenre of heavy metal. All bands that play this music style are anti-Christians. Gorgoroth,Burzum,Darkthrone and Marduk ( Black Metal Bands).
UnBlack Metal: Describe black metal but their bands describe CHRISTIANITY in their lyrics, some examples of these bands are: Horde,Antestor and Crimson Moonlight.
Extreme Metal: A cross genre term used to describe heavy metal bands that are considerably heavier,faster and agressive. Bands of this calibre include Cradle of Filth, Celtic Frost and Strapping Young Land.
Gothic Metal: It is a combination of the dark Melancholy lyrics of Gothic Rock. Bands: Tristania, Sirenia, Type O Negative, Theater of Tragedy, Moonspell.
Nu Metal: It is a combination of heavy metal elements with others styles, such as Hip Hop and Grounge. Bands: Disturbed, Korn, Slipknot.
Power Metal: Takes influence of heavy Metal and Speed Metal. Power Metal often emphasizes Clean Melodic Vocals. Bands: Halloween,DragonForce,Ice Earth and Blind Guardian.
Symphonic Metal: Refers to Heavy Metal Bands that use orchestra elements in their music. Bands:Epica, Therion and Nightwish.
Nintendocore: It is a fusion genre of Metalcore,Hardcore,Post Hardcore, Punk with Video Games music. Bands:Horse the Band,The Advantage and Minibosses.
